LUXMI METAL INDUSTRIES AFRICA LTD was incorporated in Nigeria on 25th July 2018 and is the final result of many years of first-hand Manufacturing and Trading experience between two frontline Group of Companies with over 14 years of experience in the Metal Business Worldwide. Offering competitive creative ideas and strategically implementing them resulting to long lasting solutions to meet the organization’s present day marketing challenges.
We now installed a state of the art, LUXMI METAL INDUSTRIES AFRICA LTD in OGUN STATE of the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA with a capacity of handling over 850 Metric Tons of Metals per month. Our factory is located at No8, Oduntan Street By Nulec Road Ajaka, Sagamu Ogun State, Africa. Our factory building, infrastructure, machinery and equipment is in line with the most modern and updated processing and smelting plant that has been especially imported, installed and made ready for production within a record period of 6 months while ensuring to follow and maintaining all environmental norms necessary.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
We at LUXMI METAL INDUSTRIES AFRICA LTD care about our surroundings and mother nature for which we have taken certain measures, such as, having a highly effective water venturi base pollution control system installed within our production facility which scrubs and cleans the fumes out of the furnace up to 99% thus helping to ensure our production in being eco-friendly. Even the dross which is a by-product of aluminium melting process is properly treated in a separate facility and further reused to produce the same quality of alloy ingot. The final waste is carefully, under strict supervision is then cleaned, treated and packed for OGEPA (OGUN STATE ENVIRONMENT PRTOTECTION AGENCY) collection.
OUR FACILITY
RAW MATERIAL
All raw material is sourced 100% locally and legally by approved company suppliers in the form of aluminium scrap, roofing sheet, automobile parts, marine scarp, aviation scrap, etc. from all parts of Nigeria. The raw-material is available in vast amounts as, Lagos and its suburbs itself are capable of generating thousands of tons of scrap on a monthly basis.
FURNACE
After sorting the raw material is then charged into highly advanced melting furnaces which are maintained at 750c. for melting scrap into molten metal. Production log book is maintained with all the parameter like charging time, furnace temperature, taking of bath sample etc.
QUALITY CONTROL
Ametek spectrometer which is a world renowned metal testing laboratory equipment and approved by many big names in smelting industry around the world is made in Germany, This is used to test samples at high spectrum frequency which ensures that each and every sample matches and is as per the client specification.
